Biting

I’m probably gonna get hate or backlash for this but my boy needs some serious intervention before it becomes a real problem. He can’t seem to grasp that biting me is a BIG NO NO. He seems to get overstimulated and he starts going crazy on me and biting my legs (no holes just abrasions) that bruise, but in my defense I bruise like a peach.

This particular instance there was no stimulus, but I guess maybe me going down the stairs was his trigger, who knows. But I was coming down the stairs with him after I shut the door to my bedroom to change my clothes and when going down he decided it would be a good idea to jump on me then go for my leg. I can’t stand there and “act boring” for him to disengage because he will just keep at it so I have to physically push him off me or hold him away from me by his collar and he retaliates. Has anyone dealt with something like this and what helped them learn that it’s not okay? He’s almost 11 months old btw.
