I-130 and I-129F Processing Time

I’m a U.S. citizen and filed an I-130 for my wife in April 2025.

She is currently in India, and we are waiting for the I-130 to be approved. We also filed an I-129F for a K-3 visa in November 2025, hoping it might help speed things up and get her to the U.S. sooner.

Originally, the I-130 processing times seemed much shorter, but now we’re just waiting through the normal processing times.

We’ve already spent money on a lawyer trying to see if there was any way to expedite the case, but unfortunately it didn’t work out.
Is there anything else I should be doing at this point to try to speed up the process? Has anyone had success with an expedite request, congressional inquiry, K-3, or any other option in a similar situation?

Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated!
