Still not shipped and zero clarity

I ordered the even g2s and ring through the rental program. It said it would take 3-5 weeks to ship. It has now been almost 7 weeks and they still have not shipped. When I contact support they give me a vague answer about temporary delays. Does anyone know when they might ship?
