Is this really possible ?

Mate of mine just got a Big 4 grad offer with a 63 WAM. Resume’s good (2-3 experiences) but I always thought they cut off is around 65-70+.

Is WAM overrated? Does experience just carry you if you interview well? Would love to hear how it actually works.
