Low blood sugar or panic attacks? any advice/ comment from anyone pls.

IM NEW HERE!

Hi guys please give ur advice or thoughts. I have been suffering with these low blood sugar episodes that I call them for the past six months to a year where in shopping centres or grocery stores or high stress job environment or even at home when I have a lot of stress. I get really dehydrated heart palpitations brain fog memory problems and chest tightness. I think they are panic attacks but I’m not sure if it’s blood sugar related or something else. All my blood tests have come back normal I’ve gotten hormones checked fasting, blood sugar checked cortisol adrenaline. I’ve also had an ECG and it was normal. I went to the neurologist after my recent hospital visit where I had a panic attack/low sugar type thing while I was driving and he said it may be functional neurological disorder or panic attacks. I’m currently treating these panic attacks with sugar so sodas or chocolate and this is not good for long-term, obviously I’m wondering if anyone’s had a similar experience to me and Prozac has helped them or if anyone might know what this is. I have been diagnosed with ADHD, generalised anxiety disorder and OCD symptoms three years ago but the physical symptoms were not as bad as they are recently. Any advice at all or any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
