Baby boy middle names for River

Hi! I’m due early next year and my husband and I really love the name River for a boy. The r letter honors a family member who passed which we also felt was important too. Curious if people like the names Anton or Matthew for a middle name? Both have family significance but I need a second opinion! The last name has 2 syllables if that helps. Thanks so much!!!
