Moving from S@K to a stand alone store

Hiii guys, I currently work as a Beauty Advisor at Sephora at Kohl’s but have an interview for an operations associate at a stand alone Sephora location. I was wondering if this new position will be a big change or if I will be doing basically the same things I already do at Kohl’s. I was told there will be some early morning shifts before the store opens which honestly I have always preferred to work on updates or organize the back stockroom rather than be on the room with clients. I was told i’ll still be on the floor sometimes to help out the other BAs. Is there anything else I should know about this position? The pros and cons? Also, do operations associates still get training product each month?
