Zermatt in June

I’m planning on making a stop in Zermatt for my Switzerland trip in June, I wanted to do the 5 lakes hike but I’ll be coming first week of June and it seems it might be closed. Are there any alternative hikes that are more likely to be open? It’s mt dream to hike with the matterhorn in the back!
