Should i end the relationship at this point? (17M) (17F) been together almost a year

Me (17M) and my girlfriend (17F) have been together for almost a year now. At first, like all relationships, it was amazing. We had our issues here and there, but we ended up talking it out most of the time.

However, as of the last couple months, she is constantly irritated with everything i do. She is only ever not irritated when i buy her things or do things for her that she could very well do on her own. Now i dont mind helping her out, or buying things for her, but doing those things are the only way i get any sort of affection from her. She rarely tells me that she loves me anymore, rarely gives me any sort of physical affection either, making me do things for her in order to be able to actually kiss her or to cuddle together. Whenever i ask her if something is wrong, she either ignores me, or tells me its fine, while being very passive-aggressive.

Ive been contemplating on breaking up with her for a while now, but i know it will cause a lot of issues, and will most likely cause me to lose some of my friends in the process. I feel like she is a completely different person, and I dont know how to handle this.
