NLST's 912 patent expired in early 2026 but it is valid, including Claim 16, for the Micron '294 litigation and will still be valid for the litigation even after the Sept 9th CAFC Hearing.

FYI, Google is on the hook for Claim 16 regardless of the CAFC decision.
