11 year old skin growth?

Hi! Any thoughts on what these growths could be on my dog, especially his paw before I go running off to a vet appt? (First photo last Monday, second is a close up from today). He’s almost 11 with lumpy lipomas and very sensitive skin and I feel like I’m always there for a skin issue that’s blown off as allergies. He’s as active as he was as a puppy, eating well, and all around healthy. I don’t mind going to the vet, but feel like this is a wait and see thing. It’s grown a tiny bit. Thanks!
