A question about the touch and go lawsuit

So I’ve been trying to find out online before wasting yalls time,,, in the new doc The Hole Truth and Nothing Butt, they’re taking about the lawsuit w touch and go records

I don’t remember if it was Gibby, Paul, or king , but someone says something like “without saying the name of the band, there was a band on touch and go generating much less revenue than us yet has a better deal, and we wanted the deal that they had”

Who was the band they wouldn’t name? Was it Big Black or Shellac? I can’t figure it out
