Was fired but want to know if I can be rehired

I don’t feel like getting into why i was fired but it was a lot of the manager getting upset that i was always ahead of her. I have a lot of evidence that shows she had something against me after she said a homophobic slur. Anyways, I need to find a job that will cover me while I get top surgery and want to know how will I know I can be rehired or not. I know the former manager was a snake and would do anything to get rid of me so I’m curious if I can find out if I can come back
