Manifesting sp need opinions on it

Idk what I’m doing wrong even when I persist I only get crumbs and this has been going on for almost a year, it started w him showing interest and then I decided to apply my manifestation knowledge on our relationship. As I applied he was clearly more interested but as time passed it was always hot and cold. Now that we graduated we don’t see each other as much so no keeping contact, but sometimes there’s like micro communication through social media but nothing crazy and I’m tired of crumbs I need this man on his knees begging yk?
And Ik that I shouldn’t think about timing and how is it supposed to happen but I do wonder. Help w any tips lol
