47 [M4F] #Seattle - Looking for the dog-in-a-raincoat kind of person

I am married, run a team at work, kids are in high school, life is good. I have been putting versions of it out for a while now, honestly, mostly because the space I am describing has not filled itself and I would rather keep trying than assume it will not.

Someone with a full life of her own. Career, probably kids, a few people she would call without hesitation. I do not want to take over any of that, just have a real part in it. Texting most days about nothing important, seeing each other a couple times a month, and going from there.

5'10", run most mornings, rain included, to my kids' bemusement. Used to lift regularly until an injury got in the way. The frame is still there, the discipline is not, currently. My humor lands about three seconds behind everyone else's. Silver is coming in at the temples. Made peace with it.

What I want is simple. Someone who notices things. Who would send a photo of a dog in a raincoat for no reason, because it reminded her of me. I would like to be the kind of person who does the same back.
