Has anyone's spouse ever kissed them without being prompted?

I experienced this whole playing and it freaked me out a little because I don't know if I did something or not. So I was going to bed after a run in the mines and it was 20:10. Usually, your spouse isn't at home at that time and even then, Valen wasn't at the house. But what happened is that I was going to bed and then Valen approached from the bottom left, climbed into bed, and then kissed my player before we both went to sleep. It was cute, yes, but I haven't seen them do that before??? I've married March on another save and I haven't seen him do that before either and a very small part of me is saying Valen has become sentient.
