PHS form and Marijuana

I was just accepted into the Student Resident Program at my local firestation, I did great on the ride along, interviewing, and physical testing. My background checks are clean, and i’m doing my psych test on tuesday, but the PHS form is scaring me, because I only recently quit weed entirely , and I don’t know how to answer the question about past drug use. how many times should I say i’ve used it? and should i commit to a story of being clean for 3 months? 6? a year? I don’t want to mess up my chances, but I want to be honest. I know i’ll pass the drug testing, but I don’t know what story to commit to. I’ve also used psychedelics in the past, should i be honest about that too?
