Battery Degradation Question

Hello, I got my 2019 Tesla Model 3 with 41,800 miles in October of 2025. Since then I have driven a lot since my girlfriend lives pretty far away. I’m now at 65,000 miles and from when I first got it, 100% was 202-205 miles. NOW after charging to 100% today it’s at 191 miles. Is this normal degradation rate?! I feel like that’s so fast but I am a first time Tesla owner.

Side note: do your guys’ windows crack way more often with a Tesla? I’ve been driving for 7 years and it’s never happened until now it’s happened twice in the span of 4 months. I live in SoCal if heat is a factor. Thanks.
