I need advice!

So i did not play forsaken from halloween 2025 to now.I am a dusekkar main and at the start of the round i insta die.That fact maked me leave forsaken.I have mediocre stamina management but when i run fricking HITBOXES get me from the moon.I am pretty good with my killer,john doe but when i play survivor i instadie.Any tips?
