MDM issue on iphone12?

Does anyone here encounter this kind of problem sa any iphone model niyo? Is it still working or a red flag? Planning to buy one sana kaso ayun yung issue, probably dinisable nung unang gumamit tas inupdate nung nag-offer sa'kin so ayun nag-nnotif na consistently about mdm. Not so techy, please need advice.
