Whats Ur End Game?
My end game would be:
High ohms... like 23-32 ohms and low db like 98 or lower iem
reason: low ohms like 16...screams details to ur ear...23or 28ohms has a relaxed soundstage feel...u can feel instruments around u...with proper imaging depth heights...
low db...under 99...u can hear more micro details...more dynamic expressions...preserves low quiet details and loud details like natural...proper natural dynamic range presentation
FR curve:
flat mids ...natural warmth...controlled trebles
i would say...like Final...or sennheiser
timbre: organic/ natural
initial batch: first batch always the best batch...later batches generally suffer silent cost inflation revisions like flatter dynamics ...lower dynamic range etc
design: flat or bullet style
after testing a lot of iems like kz, final. tangzu, chus..blon...etc my current ' near end game' sets are:
Final e500, e3000 sony ex155ap, edifier p180plus
i love timbre and vocal emotions ..n sweetness
my suggest for endgame:
in the end, u must feel emotions in vocals ...if u hear a series of instrumentals ...if that tune...lingerrrs in ur mind for hours...or if u can sing or hum lyrics or tune later....thats end game...music was meant to be felt not to analyse " oh i can count that instrument...or oh...." dont count...enjoy feel...the vibe or composition...thats ur end game YEP!
