Is PanOxyl worth using?? [Product Question]

I have blemishes all over my face for years now and im so desperate to get rid of it all. I have very dry skin thats prone to scaring and ive tried tret however it didnt work well with my skin and made my blemishes worse even when wearing sunscreen

ive seen some people using panoxyl and saying how it works with removing blemishes and acne but i see other people online saying how it made their blemishes worse 😓 and i dont know if i should give it a try or search for something else. pls help!
