Best way to manually brew coffee?

The title speaks for itself. I want to try the Aeropress Glass version but it is way expensive.

Could you guys suggest me different methods of getting my Ground Coffees done?

Thanks a lot! I'm asking for V60 or Switch or any different methods!!
