First time going to Citi Field to see a Mets game.

I'm going to see a Mets game on Tuesday Sept. 15. It's $5 beer night, so it's right up my alley. I'm going for the cheap seats and was wondering if there are any sections I should avoid. Game is at 7:15pm so I don't think the sun will be that much of a factor. Most of the cheap seats seem to be in the top deck of the infield.

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend dive bars and cheap local eats in the neighborhood. Thanks, go Mets!
