Movie neighborhoods you'd want to live in?

I am so drawn to the "Little Portugal" neighborhood depicted in 'Take This Waltz', it's so idyllic and beautiful. It reminds me of the city I grew up in. If Toronto always looked like that I'd already be living there. But I've had the joy of working in Toronto in February, more than once, and that is always a brisk reminder of the realities of Ontario weather.
