University of Moratuwa MSc CS – Software Architecture vs Cloud Computing Specializations

I’m planning to do the MSc in Computer Science at UoM and I’m stuck between the Software Architecture and Cloud Computing specializations.

If anyone is currently following or has completed either specialization, I’d really appreciate some honest feedback on:

modules/content
Lecturers and teaching quality
Exams & assignments
Difficulty/workload while working full-time
Research/thesis experience
Which specialization you would recommend and why
