Feel like i forgot everything i learned after taking boards. Start Rotations in a few days.

So I took my boards around a month ago and have not thought about medicine since. I start rotations in a few days and I feel like I just dumped everything I ever learned out of my head and I'm freaking out. I actually feel like an MS1 right now.

What do I do to get myself back up to speed?
