Dex completion gifts question

I’m only missing the last of the blueberry academy pokemon and I have the dex completed on shield, shining pearl, and arceus so I’m wondering where to claim them. I know there is the gift tab but they aren’t there for me. I’m wondering if maybe since I transferred pokemon from home to some of these games for dex completion it didn’t give it to me? Are these tied to the research tasks maybe as I’m still missing a few of them.
