Apologies for being annoying; how can I contact KOTW/HVH?

I've been waiting on my order since November of 2024 and have had my messages go unanswered for about a year and a half now.

I have tried to be very patient and kind regarding the lack of delivery and responses. I understand he is a small business owner, a bootlegger, has faced challenges with payment processors, and has a family, but my order was $962 discounted from $1,660.

I now have a child on the way myself, and if my order can not be completed or I can not receive an ETA, need to discuss a potential refund.

I don't want 100+ comments saying you were also scammed, as I really believe this is poor business management and not an issue of scamming.

I saw other users here claim that they have contact with him, and was hoping someone here could help me. My emails, email form inputs, reddit dms (prior to the ban), instagram dms, facebook dms, etc. have gone unanswered.

I really want to believe Chris will send me my order still, and don't want to resort to a refund through him, my bank, etc.

I also never received an order delivered email, tracking number, message, etc. communicating that it may have been sent but seized, which I doubt is the case because he did communicate it was difficult to work on and would take a long time due to the order volume and his children.

If the moderators decide to remove this post, I just ask that they contact me in private with some way to contact KOTW.
