Anyone tried Opzelura for HS?

My dermatologist gave me some sample tubes and it seems to calm down the nodules in days, though I'm also currently on doxycycline. I'm still new to HS so idk if this stuff should be healing in days but my experience with opzelura and doxycycline has been that in a few days the lesions lose a lot of volume. The lesions I had before treatment never really hurt except if rubbed at certain angles and I didn't count how long it would take for them to resolve without treatment for the ones that would go away on their own, but with ichtammol (which I don't recommend since it's supposedly better to heal them without them rupturing and ichtammol brings boils to a head and they rupture) it would take a few days less than 7 normally. It's currently off brand but you can get it off label and next year it should be approved for treatment of stage 1 HS.
