What adjustable desk height do you use for aiming?

Slightly off topic but still relevant, I recently acquired an adjustable standing desk and have been trying to figure out what height to play on. All the AI summary suggestions say that for someone my height (6’2) I should be playing at 30 inches or higher. This seems incredibly uncomfortable and I’ve been playing as low as 27.5 inches. I’m currently most comfortable at around 27.5 to 28.

Do you guys prefer higher desk heights such as 29 and above? Or do you also like your desk height to be lower.

Not really asking for comments repeating ergonomic recommendations but more so your own preference on desk heights for aiming.
