Tryst Analytics Glitch

I brought it to Tryst support's attention earlier this week and for the past several weeks or so there's been a lapse in Analytics for those of us who have access (I believe it's standard and above?)

Basically your CTR, Analytics for location and areas you're being seen from seem really minimal, a lot of "Unknown" locations, or just vague "United States" Which is really odd. I know people use VPNs but not to this extent.

A few providers I've spoken to also are experiencing this. No update from Tryst in several days but if I'm honest where I'm paying for a premium service at 150$+ a month this being unresolved is a super confusing issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this and can we get someone to actually take this seriously? I've had no luck with my case being escalated so far and I'm sure this is an issue for more than a few of us.
