I made some changes to the CSS.

Many thanks to u/strongman332 who made the new header image at the top.

I added some shadows everywhere and cleaned up some things. Such as, I removed most of the borders around boxes and made RES a bit more compatible. There is still a bit to do, but I am learning and hope to keep working on it.

I also have the framework with javascript to do that rotation of images on the sidebar. I hope to figure that out too. Once I do, please send me images or just post them and I will try to get them into the rotation.

As always, if anyone has any suggestions, comments, etc to offer me I am glad to receive it.

Edit: shadows don't appear to work on earlier versions of IE. Though it doesn't make a big difference so I probably won't try to figure out why unless someone wants it.
