need suggestion(buying 2 wheeler)

Hello all, i am planning to buy a 2wheeler(scooty preferrably), i want to consider EV as well, as we know the current situation regarding the fuel and ethanol BS ..
But the main problem i might face with EV is i live in UGF, parking is there but i cannot use that parking socket to charge my EV.
So what should i buy..
Petrol or EV?
and in that suggest a good brand and mode for long run
