Travis Should have remained in Delphi

At the End of Call to Insurrection (I think, I may be wrong, please correct me if I am), Admiral Anastaysia Dembinski is talking to another admiral about Travis’ transfer back to the regular navy and out of Delphi. Dembinkski says they need Travis and the Admiral says they need him too and she just gives in and lets them take him back. I wish Dembinkski had put up more of a fight, for example reminding the admiral that the Navy has been doing its best to sideline and get rid of Travis since he joined, citing the training scenario where he was humiliated simply because he was doing his job in chastising the incompetent Ensign Locatelli who refused to do his job. She should have blocked the transfer and say that the regular navy had its chance with Travis but kept slapping him down at every opportunity so now he belongs to Delphi now, which he has thrived in. I don’t like that Travis is transferred back, especially given that assholes like Locatelli are in charge.
