Anyone else think Birmingham vs Southampton could be a really good game tonight?
I know it's still early in the season, but this one has caught my attention more than I expected.
Birmingham have started the league unbeaten and just picked up their first win at Wrexham, while Southampton are coming into this after putting five past Millwall. So both sides should be going into this with a bit of confidence.
I haven't watched Birmingham enough yet this season to know exactly how good they are, but being at home could make this a tough one for Southampton. On the other hand, Southampton looked pretty sharp going forward in their last league game, so it'll be interesting to see if they can carry that into tonight.
Feels like one of those games that could either end up being a tight 1-1 type of match or suddenly turn into a proper open game with a few goals.
What do you lot reckon?
Birmingham win, Southampton win, or a draw?
Personally, I'm leaning towards 1-1, but I wouldn't be surprised if Southampton nick it.
