Non AI support??

Hello! I lost my instagram account a while ago because my old phone shut down with the 2FA on it. I have no idea how to get either back (if someone knows about 2FA stuff pls shoot me a dm but i've kinda given up hope with that..) anyway ive been trying to contact instagram support so i can explain the situation and verify in some other way but it seems like thats not an option anymore?? If there's some way i can work around this issue please lmk. all this effort just to delete the account
