Bike that sold to me is not what it was advertised

I bought a motorcycle privately from Münster, Germany on Sunday, August 30th, and transported it to the Netherlands. However, I discovered that the motorcycle is not an original German one, but a Japanese model that covered 18,110 km in Japan. Yet, it was sold as a German vehicle with 6,500 km. I read online that I can cancel the purchase using Article 123 and Article 323. Is there anyone who can help me further on taking the right steps or some advice.
