I've been working on rewriting the game server from scratch for the past few days, and I'm glad to say there is much progress already!
What is currently working:

* Tutorial
* Story dialogues, stages (and their respective rewards), as well as some cutscenes.
* Afk rewards from story
* Creating teams
* Leveling up heroes
* Awakening
* Star-up (half working since there is no increase in stats)
* Gacha (half working because the game gets stuck after every pull prompting a restart, but the result itself is saved)
* Guild list
* Account persistence (pulls, upgrades and pretty much everything implemented so far is persistent through sessions)

What doesn't work despite trying to work on it:

* Equipment
* The store (the tables I have lack most store entries, and the UI is just broken, need to investigate further)
* Story stage stars (the progression itself works, but any cleared stage will always show a clear with 0 stars)

I plan on open sourcing everything soon enough, so anyone can either host it locally (you'd be the only one in the server unless you have multiple devices in LAN) or someone might even set up a public server for anyone to play on without having a pc to set up the server.

Everything will be released for free, however if you'd like to, I'd really appreciate a tip on [kofi](https://ko-fi.com/hviko) \- it motivates me to dedicate more time on this project.

Private Server Implementation is going Smoothly!!
