Simple Dresses for Autumn

Any recommendations for fall dresses that are:

Not patterned (especially no flowers) and not only neutral colors
Short or midi length but not bodycon
Simple fabric without lots of ruffles, buttons and things
Date-night appropriate but just out to dinner, not too fancy

I’m in my 40s, 5’6”, 135lbs but very busty, so shirtwaist dresses look terrible on me. I really want something that looks like the amazon fit and flare type but in a nicer fabric and not in all those floral prints. I feel like I look all the time but can’t quite find what I’m imagining.
