wont stop licking me

im gonna call him a kitten cause hes not a year old yet, hes a year in October, but everytime he lays on me its on my chest and he is licking the FREAK out of my neck, and then my face, he also licks my hands and my arms. he does it so much they start to get raw and it starts to hurt 😭 he doesnt listen if i push him away and im just… wondering 2 things

1. is this something i should be worried about? he only does it to me and it doesnt bother me, just hurts after a bit
2. should i try to train (?) this out of him? and if so how tf would i go about that
