Access to transmission web (port 9091) unavailable when connected to tailscale

Hi

I have tailscale setup on my Linux box and connect via android device to administer my internal network apps. I can access all services and ports on my Linux box, jellyfin, portainer, syncthing, ssh etc. But I cannot access the Web interface on port 9091 of my transmission client. I have to use cloudflare tunnel to reach this app instead.

What can I do to find out why I cannot access the transmission web app (http://192.168.0.4:9091)?

I can then get rid of cloudflare tunnel then!
