Smell/nose sensitivity

Those who are hypersensitive to smells, do you also feel your nose is more sensitive than average?

I ALWAYS have an itchy nose. Like I'm constantly being tickled in my nasal cavities. I'm also quite senstive to smells. I'll hold my breath around strong perfumes, smoke, anything mildly stinky. I also tend to notice smells that others don't.

So it just recently clicked in my head that this may be an autistic sensory thing that I have just ignored my whole life (high-masking and late-diagnosed). If any of you are more aware of your olfactory sensitivity, do these resonate with you?

Bonus question: Are you able to conjure a smell? Sometimes if I think really hard about the memory of a particular odour, I can almost smell if as if it's around me.
