Which central asian country is the most diverse?

Keep in mind I mean diverse racially not ethnically. I don’t consider a room full of kazakhs, Kyrgz, Uzbeks and Turks to be diverse any more than you guys would consider a room full of black africans from different tribes to be diverse, or a room full of native Americans from different clans. I’m talking about real diversity.
