trying to get my life back

hello everyone

i recently lost everyone i know my on and off relationship, my friends i have nobody to talk to at all same goes IRL im going to a new school and i have issues with making friends i dont find people and i usually push them away because of issues that are causing me to hate people even if they only show me love and i cant help it i came here to ask for help i really need to expand my social circle because i truly cant live without someone to talk to if anyone is interested please reply ill do the same as soon as i see the comments
