Can someone help me post and manage an account on Douyin? (Indie musician)

I’m an indie musician/ solo artist and obviously social media is a bit part of marketing and audience outreach nowadays.. HOWEVER, I do feel like since TikTok was bought by the USDS Joint Venture LLC that the app is BRUTAL for putting view ceilings and shadowbanning new artist accounts.. constantly shoving promotion offers in my face. It’s pay to win now. As a small artist with no record label/ marketing support Im trying my best to make daily content to have reach. I can post something that will get over 200 views and almost 30 likes in less than an hour but as soon as it reaches 260 views.. NOT SO FAST. The algorithm stonewalls my video and starts pushing promo payment plans in my face. I honestly want to see if the Douyin app does the same or I would have more success posting there. At this point I would rather pay someone who could manage a Douyin account for me than pay TikTok for “promos” when I feel systematic interference between me and my audience. Is anyone here eager to talk about this with me or redirect me somewhere more fitting??
