Is Liberty 4 NC enough or do I need something else for a working enviroment where I need to hear co-workers?

I work in a warehouse that is not very noisy. I would like to be able to listen to podcasts/music but still be able to hear co-workers when they talk to me, or call me on the phone, or the pallet truck going by. Is that possible with Liberty 4 NC, or do I need 5 or Pro? I can get 4 NC for 60 euros (around 70 USD). Or maybe I'm asking too much from a pair of earphones 😄
