What to look out for now that I have crohns? How do I help my body?

I've heard that crohns often comes with other diseases and I've already noticed some things I'm worried about.

I always had skin problems but it has gotten so much worse. I've become a talg fabric, catched some warts that wont leave and easily get fungal infections now. I already went to a dermatologist and got some cremes but it only helps temporarily, if at all.

My teeth are horrible, I can't keep up with the care. I am on antidepressants and started to, at least try to, brush once a day but it's of course not enough. It was always manageable with regular dentist visits but now I feel like that it doesn't matter trying to get better when it will never be enough anyway.

I've also read about the eyes getting sick and I'm so worried about it. I've noticed more sleep in my eyes these last few years and it's slimey. It kinda reminds me of the time I've gotten conjunctivitis as a child. It's not that much but it hangs on my lashes sometimes.

I want to be prepared and to recognize when something stops being part of crohns and starts to become its own disease.

What are some symptoms to look out for? And when should I go the doctor?

What should I tell/ask the doctor? Are there names of diseases I should ask about? Any test that could be done?

What else could develope?

What can become dangerous and what is just a walk to the pharmacy?

Am I missing something?

Have you ignored symptoms that later turned out to be it's own disease?

I have health related anxiety, so I'm on edge all the time thinking I'm not seeing something important or waisting the doctors time.

(thanks for reading and any help lol)
