Data usage alert SMS

Recently I have noticed that I'm not receiving the SMS alerts for when I use 50%, 90% and 100% of my data. I do get SMS for other things like logging onto MyJio app or SMS from other people.

The alerts themselves aren't that much of an importance, but I do wonder if something has gone wrong?
