How long does your clinic take to communicate results with you?

I received an email saying they received my pgta results, but they didn’t send me the results. Now the clinic is closed, I will wait another day just to get my results that’s already available. It would take them literally 1 minute to copy and paste the report or just attach the report and email to me.

The pgta itself takes a while, that’s not my question. But how long does your clinic take to deliver the results to you after it is available? I find it really strange why they would email me to say “we’ve got the results” then not email me the results for another day.
